How to buy ?

The ordering process consists of the following stages:

 

Select the desired items, then click on “Buy now!”, immediately adding the product to the “Shopping Cart”.

If you wish, you can continue your purchase as the item has already been saved.

When proceeding to finalize the purchase, you will be asked for Customer Authentication in order to upload your information, discount vouchers and points from your customer card.

If you are not authenticated, you will have to Create an Account, sharing your personal data, which will be 100% protected.

After this step, you can check your shopping cart, checking whether the products and their quantity are correct, and you can also add the promotional code (if you have one) and points to be discounted from your customer card.

Next, you will begin the Final Purchase Process, which only takes place if the customer is previously registered. If this does not go through, you will have to start this process again.

 

In the first phase of this process, you must choose the Delivery Method, knowing the costs associated with it. You can also select the shipping address available in your registration or indicate a new address, as well as include relevant information for processing the purchase.

 

In the second phase of the final purchase process, you will have to select one of the Payment Methods available in the system, and you can enter a different billing address than the one initially indicated, as well as include relevant information for this process. Orders will have a 48-hour payment period.

 

The third phase of the final purchase process consists of the Detailed Presentation of the Purchase made, allowing errors to be identified and the possibility of correcting them. To complete this process, the customer must confirm the purchase and make the respective payment.

 

The order will only be completed and processed after payment.
